I placed two orders with Quilt Kits and Quarters on Sept 9. One order wa received on Sept 22 and the second order has not been received yet! Communication with this company has been non-existant. I am very disappointed in the quality of service. Has anyone else had a problem?

Ordered fabric in Jan 2008 and did not receive. They do not answer their phone, answering machine pick-up only with no business name. WHAT GIVES WITH THIS QUILT STORE. HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS BEFORE WITH OTHER QUILT WEBSITES. These fabrics were to be used for Habitat for Humanity quilts.
I have had a great buying experience with this company. I won the July Fab Shop Hop gift certificate from them and placed my order on July 31. I received an order confirmation email. Then received my package on Aug. 4. I am a very happy customer.
